This was amazing! It was my first time here today and my first true smash burger. I got The Nelly burger with fries and loved it. The lacing was so crispy and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and kind. I will be back!

I love this truck man... they easily have the best burgers I've had in Bellingham. Possibly at all. I always get the Cardi Burger cuz its spicy and they knew my order within a couple weeks. They keep adding creative awesome things to the menu too. Recently the added a few chicken burgers and holy cow, the chicken ... breading is unbelievably good. I also get the Waka Flocka chicken burger cuz its the spicy one. This place when they say something is spicy, they mean it! They have ghost pepper aioli and the jalapeños are never mild. I really adore this place. It’s one of those places that’s just consistently good. Ordering is easy, which I love. You can order online and skip standing at the window altogether. If you do order at the window, expect about a 15–20 minute wait. Totally worth it, but it’s nice to have the option. Another huge plus is ... that it’s attached to K2. Not in a beer mood? Grab a root beer. Feeling like a brew? You’re covered. I also really appreciate how involved they are with events at K2. They feel like part of the place, not just parked next to it. Food-wise: solid every time. The burgers are great, the fries are great, and I love the mac and cheese. OMG I think they just beat out Doug's Burgers. Real smash patties as thin as you can get and I love it! The mac n cheese was bomb too and I'm rarely impressed as I make the best mac ever. There was enough spice to really kick it up a notch but not too much for people sensitive to spice like me.
